Balcony Additions

Changes to the appearance of your unit balcony (shade cloth / privacy screen) must be approved with expressed permission in writing by the executive team please contact : exec@regentviews.org.au

As a general rule the shade cloth / privacy screen shouldn't go above the the existing balcony railing.

17 Appearance of lot

(1) “The owner or occupier of a lot must not, without the written consent of the Owners Corporation, maintain within the lot anything visible from outside the lot that, viewed from outside the lot, is not in keeping with the rest of the building.

(2) This by-law does not apply to the hanging any washing, towel, bedding, clothing or other article as referred to in by-law 10.
