Security and garage keys both require the below form to be completed, and deposit and fees paid.

• Security key deposit = $100

• Garage Key deposit = $50

• Transaction Fee = $25 (Clisdells charge)

• Postage Charge = During Covid keys are being posted out.

For owners complete the below form and email to meganpa@clisdells.com.au. Our strata manager will advise payment details.

For tenants please contact your agent or owner who will need to complete the below form, email to meganpa@clisdells.com.au and make payment.

Security keys will be posted out, garage keys will be issued by the strata exec once confirmation of payment is received from Clisdells.
